This Message Board has been provided so that people can chat, debate and share their experiences in a straightforward and non-judgmental space.

Be respectful

We encourage openness and respectful debate so be aware that while you have right to express your own views, you also have to respect the rights of others. The message board is moderated by NSUE staff and volunteers and we reserve the right to delete any posts we deem disrespectful, illegal or offensive in any way. If you read a post that breaches the guidelines please email us at info@nsue.ie and it will be dealt with by the moderators.

Humour

Humour is important in everyday lives and as part of recovery. Jokes or humourous experiences that you are willing to share are especially welcome.
