20 Jul 09Media Monitoring Porgramme for Mental Health and Suicide
Headline - the National Media Monitoring Programme for Mental Health and Suidcide is conducting an evaluation of its work to date.
The goal of the evaluation is to provide useful feeback on the project and to determine whether Headline is meeting objectives. As part of the evaluation process, they are asking their stakeholders to complete a short evaluation survey. They would be grateful if you would take the time to complete the survey. Feedback will be used, where possible to provide direction on changes to the service that might be needed.
The survey can be accessed by following this link.
There are 10 questions in the survey and it should take about five minutes to complete. All responses will be anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself. Please note that the deadline for completion is 08 September 2009.
If you require a hard copy of the survey, pease contact Rachael Wright, Headline, 01 8279022 or 086 852 5558.
Thank you for taking the time to participate - your feedback will be extremely valuable.
